(1) installation of lower guide rail and wallboard base
Before installation, the foundation size and the position size of the anchor bolt hole must be checked according to the foundation drawing. This assembly is shipped to the site in bulk. Before installation, the straightness of the guide rail shall be checked. If it is bent, it shall be straightened.
When installing the lower guide rail and wallboard base, the center line and left and right positions of the foundation and grate shall be corrected, and the levelness shall be measured. After the wall panel base is placed, it shall be supported by tools to prevent movement, and the position shall be corrected with ruler and level gauge. Then wet the cement foundation surface; after cleaning and cleaning the foundation bolt hole, put it into the foundation bolt for grouting (mixture of cement and sand), and install other components 72 hours later. It must be noted that the installation of the wallboard base can make the support move longitudinally towards the driven shaft after being heated and expanded, and horizontally towards the other side of the grate reducer.
(2) installation of bracket
A. This component is shipped in bulk to the site. Due to transportation, straightness of all parts must be checked before installation. For example: if there is any bending of wallboard, beam, upper guide rail, air chamber partition, etc., it shall be corrected.
B. Install two wall panels. At the same time, install the beam and the ash falling device. First, check and adjust the position of the wall plate about the center line and the front and rear axis of the boiler, and make its position meet the technical requirements; then check the parallelism of the two wall plates. The inspection method is to take two points at the corresponding positions of the two wallboards, measure whether the diagonal length between the two wallboards is equal, and whether the front, middle and rear spans of the two wallboards are equal; then check the levelness of the wallboard and the beam. When installing the wall panel, note that the front and lower part of the wall panel near the gearbox side are fixed on the wall panel base with bolts, and the rest are positioned by welding the positioning plate on the wall panel base.
C. Install the plenum partition. The air chamber partition shall be closely matched with the wall panel, beam and angle steel of the ash chute. The air chamber partition shall be fully welded on the beam and angle steel of the ash chute according to the drawing position. Both ends of the air chamber partition shall be tightly pressed with angle steel or battens (with asbestos rope plugged inside) and fully welded on the wall panel to ensure the free expansion of the air chamber partition and the relative sealing of each air chamber.
D. Install the upper rail. The upper guide rail shall be installed on the same plane, and the distance between the two adjacent upper guide rails and the side guide rails and the wall panel shall be equal.
E. If there is an air baffle in the middle of the air chamber, it shall also be welded in the middle of each air chamber as shown in the figure.
F. Install the side seal. First, check whether the side seal angle steel is straight, if it is uneven, it must be corrected; then install the side seal, and pay attention to ensure that the side seals are flush.
G. Place the front, middle and rear filler iron on the beam between the corresponding upper guide rails (there are steel plates on the upper guide rails to limit the position of filler iron).
(3) Installation of driving shaft and driven shaft
A. The driving shaft and driven shaft are transported to the construction site after assembly. During installation, the bearing bush shall be removed for inspection, oil and impurities shall be removed, and lubricant shall be added. Check the driven shaft water cooling pipe, and remove the impurities in the pipe by means of water drainage or compressed air blowing.
B. The straightness of the driving shaft shall be checked and corrected during the installation. During the correction, sheet steel can be padded under the bearing. After the driving shaft and driven shaft are installed on the grate support, the parallelism of the two shafts shall be checked by diagonal method, i.e. the same method as the parallelism of the wallboard. After the two shafts are installed, move them by hand to check if they are stuck or if the bearings are "locked", and ensure that they can rotate freely.
C. The groove on the bearing of the driving shaft and the driven shaft shall be matched with the guide plate of the support wall plate tile mouth. After installation, the support bearing groove of the driving shaft and the driven shaft on the opposite side of the gearbox and the two sides of the guide plate of the wall plate tile mouth shall ensure the expansion clearance. The connection between the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe of the water cooling pipe on the driven shaft can ensure that the adjustment movement of the shaft is not affected. Finally, the driving shaft is connected with the grate reducer.
(4) Installation of grate air duct
The grate air duct is assembled to the site. During the installation, attention shall be paid to the sealing between the air duct and the wall panel air duct interface, the air duct embedded interface on the foundation, and the flexibility of pushing and pulling the ash door of the air chamber.
(5) Installation of furnace chain
A. This component is shipped to the site in bulk. Before installing the furnace chain, carefully check the layout of the lining pipe. The lining pipe with gap shall be installed in the gap corresponding to the left and right big rings, and the lining pipe without gap shall be installed in the corresponding circular hole of the big rings, without any mistake.
B. The chain of each grate shall be placed on the upper guide rail when the chain is put in place (there is a U-shaped notch on one side of the big ring and the left and right big rings, which is indicated as the datum edge of processing, and the notch shall be upward when assembling), and the head and tail of each chain shall be connected.
C. After the chain is in place, install the liner and roller with the long pins of the furnace row, and pay attention to that the holes of each chain connecting the tension bolts should be on the same horizontal straight line, and then put them together. Turn the driving shaft to make the chain move with rollers, check whether the chain is deviated and correct it (adjust the adjusting bolts on the front and rear axle bearings).
D. After the above test, the furnace chain can be installed on the chain after it operates normally (divided into three types: left, middle and right). Note that the pin shaft and joint bolt of one chain must be installed in the same direction, the pin shaft head must face the side of the sprocket on the driving shaft, and the cotter pin on the pin shaft of the splint must be broken to prevent the cotter pin from falling off. Then install the furnace bar. If there is serious rust on the furnace bar, it shall be brushed before installation.
E. After the furnace chain is completely installed, check the tension of the furnace chain at the upper part and the suspension under the driven shaft, and adjust the tension bolt on the driven shaft bearing
