(2) check whether the nuts at both ends of the stud are loose through the installation process hole of the stud at the front of the side wall panel of the grate: if it is loose, it should be tightened in time and the rear nuts should be locked.

(3) check whether the furnace bar and its splint fall off or are damaged, if any, replace them immediately.

(4) check whether the lubricant in the bearing of driving shaft and driven shaft is deteriorated and full? Fill the lubricant according to the technical requirements.

(5) it is not allowed to lose or clip iron parts or other sundries in any place of chain grate through careful inspection.

(6) for the coal hopper with water cooling system, check whether the water cooling system of the coal hopper leaks and whether the pipeline is blocked? Remove the fault in time.

(7) the lifting of coal gate is convenient and flexible. It is required that the distance between the left and right sides under the coal gate and the grate surface is the same, so as to ensure that the thickness of coal seams on both sides is the same. If not, it can be made equal by reducing the chain link.

(8) the cover plate on the coal gate shall be tightly covered to prevent the coal block from leaking in, and the Kasai coal gate will affect its up and down movement.

(9) is the air conditioning device flexible? Check and remove the fault;

(10) whether the ash release rod can be pushed flexibly? Check and correct the problem.

(11) after the above inspection and adjustment, the cold test run shall be carried out for not less than 12 hours, and the speed of cold test run shall be at least two levels, and the speed of each level shall not be less than two turns. During operation, check whether the grate has any abnormal phenomena such as deviation, noise, arching and collision, and remove them in time. The test run time shall be recalculated after troubleshooting.
