The inclined reciprocating grate can be matched for 1 ~ 160t/h boiler. The fuel selected can be bituminous coal, anthracite and lignite, peat, mainly inferior coal. Specially designed can also be used as combustion equipment for bagasse, firewood, rice husk and biomass as fuel.

 Technical features：

The working face of the grate is composed of a movable grate and a fixed grate. The movable grate moves in the positive and reverse direction of the movable frame, so that the fuel is transported, burning and discharge of the slag on the surface of the grate. The reciprocating grate adopts the "T" shaped reciprocating grate. This grate is the most advanced leakproof coal furnace platoon piece by our factory's unique leakproof point leakage technology and "T" meshing tooth profile technology. The drive system of reciprocating grate adopts self-made transmission system and adopts rolling friction method to reduce running resistance and improve the life of drive system. The material of the large reciprocating grate stoker is made of high temperature resistant material to ensure that the grate piece is not changed and the operation is very safe.

Product manufacture and acceptance comply with NB T 47050 standard.
