(1) According to the requirements of each oil filling hole, add lubricant regularly (bearings on both sides of the driving shaft and bearings on both sides of the rear shaft); other screws and pin shafts that need to rotate and shake should also be filled with lubricant regularly.

(2) The grate deviated. Solution: generally adjust the adjusting bolt on the driving shaft bearing.

（3） The grate piece is burnt. Solution: replace the grate. Open the front damper and the cover plate at the front of the wall panel, loosen the nut of the tension bolt, use a crowbar to support the opening of the furnace bar clamp plate, replace the grate plate, and then tighten the nut of the tension bolt and lock it.

(4) The grate face is arched. Solution: check whether the side sealing block and side grate block are stuck and eliminate; check whether the slag stopper and grate block are stuck and remove foreign matters; check whether the chain is too loose, tighten the adjusting bolt on the driving shaft bearing, and tighten the furnace chain.

(5) The lubricating oil circuit is blocked and the lubricating oil is "solidified". Solution: clean the oil circuit, change the lubricating oil, and fill the lubricating oil regularly as required.

(6) When the boiler is shut down for a long time, the coal in the coal feeding device and the ash deposition in each air chamber shall be removed, and anti-corrosion agent shall be applied to each rotating friction part of the grate.
